Refund policy
✮ Eggsdoodz does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if products are damaged or lost in the mail, please contact me via email and I may be able to work something out depending on the item.
✮ Damaged or Lost mail does not include:
- Mail lost due to untracked shipping.
- Mail lost due to incorrect shipping address.
✮ Royal Mail does not class a parcel as ‘lost’ until it has been 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (Rest of World) after the dispatch date of your order. Please allow this time to pass before reaching out.
